Do we have to register online and at the place also? or can we just register at the place straightaway?

You register online ,then they sent you a email informing you that you have been register. you just print out the register e-mail and show it to the personal at the  register booth at the event,you  then paid for the events and also  bring along your ic or idemity form for those under 21and thats it.
