Read me: How To Post Photograph for Critique

Welcome to the Critique Corner.

Please observe the following steps for posting photographs to critic.

Step one

1) The photograph you want to post should resize to a comfortable size to facilitate easy viewing.
2) You may use image-processing software such as Photoshop or freeware such as GIMP to do so.
3) GIMP is highly recommended. why ? because it is free =) DL. link -> http://www.gimp.org/
The longer side of the image should not be more than 800 (example 800 by 600 or 600 by 400 etc)

Step Two

1) Upload the Resized image to an image hosting website. The recommended link are below.

http://www.shutterfly.com/
http://flickr.com

Step three

1) After you have upload the photograph, you will find an image code which have the header of
http://www.*******.com/albums/example.jpg

or Right click on the photo> Properties to see the url where the photo is.

Please take note some photo sites coding might vary.
Eg.
Flickr: http://*******.com/albums/example.jpg?v=o
Just have to copy the coding up to example.jpg will do.

2) Copy the image code and paste it on the thread you started:
[IMG]http://www.*******.com/albums/example.jpg[\IMG]

Step four

1)You may add some caption to the photographs to make it more interesting.

2) You can post more than one images for critique.
Tips: Choose your better photos instead of uploading your whole folder of photographs
