Equipment loan cost and the Rule and Regulations

Rules and Regulations
For loaning, returning contact ( Quartermaster Gary goh 92977480/Ekming751@hotmail.com )
•   Any personnel borrowing camera can only get the equipment on Monday after 6pm from Gary, or otherwised stated.
•   Members will have to pay for any loss, or damage of the equipment they loaned.
•   After the event if they have yet to return the camera they be charged $4 daily(Overdue rental)
•   All rules and regulation apply.
•   Club Equipment are to be used officially for training purposes / workshops.
•   Members are not allowed to borrow Equipment for personal use
•   Equipment is allowed to be used for covering of Official School Events (No charge) (applies to EXCO & Appointed Photographers for the event)
•   Equipment is allowed to be borrowed for SPP Events like competitions and Outdoor Shoots (Rental Fee is applicable)
•   Borrowing of equipment for personal usage is by case to case basis and is under the discretion of the Equipment Quartermaster. Maximum of 2 Days only. After the 2nd day, Overdue charges applies.

Members Rental Fee
•   Rental fee for equipments are as follows (per day):
Camera and kit lens: $5
Point and shoot camera is free for shoot for SPP events
Zoom lens: $3
Macro lens $8
Prime lens $3
Flash unit: $4

Normal Zoom lens: $3          *Canon 70-200mm F4.0 L USM $6
